We are thrilled to celebrate Dornoch, the stunning winner of the 156th Belmont Stakes at Saratoga Race Course! This incredible victory has strong Georgia ties, with Dornoch being partly-owned by Atlanta-based West Paces Racing, co-founded by our customer Keith Mason. Despite being a 17-1 long shot, Dornoch, expertly ridden by Luis Saez, dominated the 10-horse field, securing a major triumph for trainer Danny Gargan and co-owner Jayson Werth. West Paces Racing, founded in 2019 by a group of friends connected to Cherokee Town Club, has truly made its mark with this win. Dornoch’s impressive lineage includes his full brother, 2023 Derby winner Mage, and his sire, Good Magic. Here’s to Keith and the team at West Paces Racing for this outstanding achievement!
